Shipping Policy
1.Shipping Location
We currently offer shipping services only within Hong Kong.
2.Shipping Method & Fees
All orders are shipped via SF Express. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over HKD$300. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
3.Order Processing Time
To ensure freshness, all coffee is dispatched within 14 days of roasting. If an item is out of stock, we will roast it during our next cycle (usually on a Thursday) and ship it out within 2 business days afterward.
4.Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
5.Self-Pickup Option
We also offer a self-pickup service at designated parishes. Please refer to the table below for details on each pickup location.
