Hi, nice to meet you

Our coffee story is much wider, much higher, and much deeper than meets the eye. We began making coffee at Seven Wonders the first week of January 2003 on our first espresso machine. Less than 3 months later we had won the Irish Barista Championship (the main coffee-making competition in the world by country) and were off to Boston to represent Ireland in the World Barista Championship.

Coffee BOATS 於2025年由一群熱心的九龍華仁校友及教友共同創立。我們是一家以共益企業（B-Corp)理念為核心的咖啡品牌，致力於創造社會共益。

我們的核心業務是烘焙與銷售咖啡。所有收入的 20%，將不扣除任何成本，直接捐贈給香港明愛，用於賦予本地社群力量，特別是基層婦女、青年及殘疾人士，協助他們透過專業培訓改善生活，重燃希望。

在採購上，我們堅持「直接貿易」，直接與全球天主教區、修會、神父及非政府組織所營運的咖啡莊園合作。我們確保來源透明，並直接支持當地社區的永續發展。這不只是一門生意，更是我們對社會及環境的堅定承諾。

Coffee customers have always worked hard to bring new coffee experiences to our customers. From the opening of the brothers' first coffee boutique in the 2003s, innovation has flowed through every
aspect and era of Coffee. 

We were the first coffee providers in London serving our coffee in porcelain cups; we were the first coffee shop chain to introduce the Flat White in the UK and, with our Express machines, we were the first to bring coffee shop quality coffee to convenience stores and roadsides across the UK.

Coffee's mission is to offer love and hope to those in need through funds from a great cup of coffee. We want to inspire and educate our coffee lovers in ways that enhance their experience with us and encourage them to be an outlet of hope for others. 

We want to create a coffee culture that is built around quality, sociability, and affordability so that everyone can enjoy our product and share in our outreach. Our goal is to continue to grow our business in ways that will allow us to give more, this will include things like scholarships for local graduating seniors, food programs, and much more! We have BIG plans for coffee and appreciate you joining us on this journey!

在哥倫比亞的 Nariño Villa Loyola 山谷，耶穌會神父Padre Joe 將科學與信念結合，帶領農夫實踐可持續耕作，重建被摧毀的土地，見證土地與人一同被善待，繁榮繼續延續。由瑞士明愛 (Caritas Switzerland) 支持的 uniqueBean 計劃，幫助埃塞俄比亞 Bale 咖啡農民獲得專業培訓、建立溯源系統與直接貿易網絡，幫助他們將產品出口到國際市場。而在泰北 Karen 村落，Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel 修會設立咖啡處理中心，使土地化為翠綠的 Arabica 咖啡園，提高了當地家庭的收入。

我們支持直接貿易(Direct Trade）、減少碳足跡、確保來源透明。 我們向這些夥伴直接採購咖啡，並支付比公平貿易價高出 80% 的價格，確保農民能獲得更合理的收入。

此外，每一包咖啡 20% 的收益將直接捐贈予香港明愛，將這份改變的力量帶到本地社區，讓美好的故事在最需要的地方繼續發生。

彼此相連

咖啡的旅程從來不是孤立散亂的站點。

這份故事始於產地的咖啡園，農夫為咖啡豆的品質提升，傾注心力。
在本地，本地基層婦女經過培訓，細心烘焙生豆成獨特風味，這不只是一門手藝，更是用咖啡支撐家庭，為社群點亮希望。
在社區𥚃，年青人生透過咖啡推廣與分享，連結不同的人，發掘人生的無限可能，並將這份故事傳遞給新一代。

這份連結跨越了地域。在泰北克倫族 (Karen) 村落，這群因歷史原因流離失所、難以融入主流泰國社會的族群，許多年輕人甚至無法進入主流學校。然而，在Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel 修會的協助下，他們找到了新的出路。Lojia Pholawat 便是其中一位年輕人，他透過在Life Coffee 學習咖啡知識，蛻變成一名專業的咖啡師。當遇上我們來自香港 Coffee Boats 的團隊到訪時，他用專業的咖啡術語分享彼此的熱情，那份自信與眼中的光芒，正是咖啡所帶來的改變。

因為咖啡，我們緊密結連。

當你在繁忙中停下腳步，細味一杯咖啡時，你也成為這個故事的一部分。
咖啡，不只是飲品，它織出一段段真實的、有血有肉的，連結人心的故事。

重生與轉化

有時傷痕累累的土地也能種出希望。

然而我們相信傷痕並非終點，而是轉化的起點。

在哥倫比亞Nariño，昔日因衝突而留下的陰影，如今已被永續農業的繁榮所取代。而在埃塞俄比亞 Bale 高地，在經歷多年內戰後，這片土地長出了生活的韌性，為世代傳遞希望。

這就是咖啡的力量：它把荒蕪變成沃土，把恐懼化為尊嚴，創造可持續的經濟，改變人生，傳遞希望。把命運化為可能。

這份力量也延伸至本地。我們相信，每一杯咖啡都能帶來實質的改變。透過咖啡，本地的婦女和青年得到培訓與支持，讓他們能夠發掘自身的潛能，用一技之長改善生活，為社群點亮希望。

這些咖啡改變了各地農民的生活，並透過你的支持，讓希望也在本地社區落地生根。

每一口咖啡，都是這段轉化的真實見證。
